Frequently asked
How do I cancel?
If you have an Apple-managed subscription, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap Poppins, then Cancel Subscription. Apple handles the cancellation — we don't need you to tell us.How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund for your Poppins purchase if one appears there. Apple approves or declines based on their standard refund policy. How do I delete my data?
In the app, scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account & data. This permanently removes your family, connected inboxes, memories, and chat history. Deletion is final after a short backup-retention window. How do I export my data?
In the app, open Settings → Privacy & Data → Data Export. If that path fails, email thepoppinsapp@gmail.com with "data export" in the message. We'll send a JSON export of your profile, family members, memories, and chat history within 30 days.I connected my email but Poppins isn't seeing new messages.
Poppins uses IMAP with app-specific passwords — regular Gmail or iCloud passwords don't work. If you've recently changed your password or revoked an app password, open Settings → Connected inboxes and reconnect. How do I reset my password?
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the email link. If you signed in with Apple, manage that identity in Settings → [your name] → Sign-in & Security on your iPhone. Can I share Poppins with my partner?
Yes. One Poppins household covers your whole family. In the app, open Settings → Family → Invite partner to send them a link to join.Does Poppins work on Android?
Android is on the roadmap. We're focused on making the iOS experience great first. Check back here for platform updates.
